How To Lose Fat On Your Stomach But Not In Your Boobs
(and some tips for men too)
Read this:

First of all, our website is called Losing Fat Quickly, not losing weight quickly, and that's not an accident. There is a huge difference many people don't realize. Losing weight might mean losing body water, dehydrating yourself or even losing bone density, which is anything but healthy. So when you hear someone talking about losing weight and discussing how many pounds they have lost, stay away. Because some of those techniques for weight loss might dehydrate you and initially make it seem like it's working, but instead end up causing irreparable harm to your health.

We concentrate our attention specifically on losing fat. Because excessive fat is what causes most health problems. And excessive fat is what makes your body look unattractive.

Unlike other websites, we don't sell any pills or products or magical guru recipes claiming to help you lose some specific number of pounds over a specific number of days. Instead, we let our users share what has helped them lose fat, get into shape, get healthy and look great.

Everyone is different and your results might vary, but all information on our website is completely unbiased. Our users simply have no reason to lie to you. They are people just like you.

And we provide a free platform for you and them to communicate. So you get to discover this information straight from the source, from other people, not from editors of some magazine or sales reps of some company.

This is what makes us different from other "weight loss" websites out there that try to sell you something while claiming they are trying to help you.

You'll be receiving our digest with the most honest accounts of people who are in the process of losing fat, those who've successfully lost enough fat to meet their goals to look great, feel awesome and be healthy, and those who are successfully keeping it off in the long term.

Here are just some of the topics we are talking about right now (see if anything interests you):

• Specific ways of losing fat off your stomach and hips without turning your D-cups into B-cups in the process. After all, imagine how great it would be if you still had most of your breast mass and volume, with more pleasing shape, and at the same time skinnier waist and even little something taken off the hips.

• Not to mention the shape of your butt. Imagine your butt getting round and slightly smaller. And much firmer. Just imagine for a minute that you body would look like that. Bigger than average boobs, smaller waist, round and firm butt. Just perfect.

• How do deal with a plateau. You keep losing weight (in a healthy way, by losing fat) and at some point you are still slightly overweight, but your progress has stopped. Nothing you do seems to be working anymore. How to shake up your routine and your diet to break though this plateau and keep losing more fat until you are happy with the way you look.

• Not gaining back all the fat you've lost. For some people, this is even more difficult than losing fat in the first place.

• How to stop feeling hungry, especially in the evenings. Without forcing or torturing yourself.

• How soon after losing fat do you stop being invisible to the opposite sex? At which point do men start looking at you like they do at other women, while pretending they aren't looking?

• Don't start losing fat too aggressively. You'll run out of steam and break down. Instead, do it slowly, methodically, and soon (much sooner than you think), you'll see the results.

• If you ever have a question or need help, you can always ask, and we'll cover your question in the following digest issue.

• And of course, it's all completely FREE!

• Let me repeat that. Since for some reason a lot of people contact us asking if the membership is really free: we are a social website for people who want to lose fat, so we don't sell anything, and we don't charge any fees. It's as simple as that.

Hi! So I've been thinking for a while about it. I was always pretty petite girl and I never had big breasts, but I always wanted to.

One of the main reasons to start working out was actually increasing my breasts. I managed to gain some weight and I became bigger overall, but my breasts basically didn't increase in size at all.

My legs got bigger, my bottom got bigger, but breasts - well, still no progress and I really want them to get bigger. How can I do that? Is there any special exercise that can make my breasts get bigger?

Thank you!

I know exactly what you are talking about. I wanted to increase my breasts in size as well, but no do. I mean, I have managed to do it, but at the same time I also became incredibly overweight and just like you I just don't have genetics to have big breast. I can get fat and then my breasts will increase as well, but to remain fit and increase their size at the same time is mission impossible for me. So you will have to just acknowledge this fact and you should try to improve in other areas.

As time passes and you will work hard to improve your body overall, your breasts will grow a little bit too - even though this is fatty glandular tissue, regular working out should help in making them bigger, more aesthetic, although you have to keep in mind that it will take you really long time and is definitely not worth pursuing as a main goal.

Yup, I can relate to this as well. Unfortunately you cannot impact your breast size by any exercises. That's a shame, indeed.

You will have to learn how to live with small breast. I managed The most important thing is to keep working out your whole body, so you will make up for the loss in your breast.

Moreover, as annbee already said their size may increase, but it takes time and it's not because of any special exercises. It's because of your whole body growing in size and muscles developing everywhere, so the same happens with pectorals and your breast will seem to be a bit bigger.

I have quite a big breast and I would like to make them smaller. I can't really either, except for cutting down to a very low body fat, but I don't want to be skinny, so

I prefer having bigger tits and the rest of my body exactly like I want it to be. So, unfortunately you don't have any impact on this. Anyhow breast size is just the matter of preference, so what are you so worried about?

Hey! I feel you. I have small breasts as well and I would love to get them bigger. I've read tons of articles and visited many different forums. There are no exercises to make them bigger, so I'm currently saving for implants

LOL! Are you really saving for implants? Unless you have micro breast and you are really ashamed of them, I would never decide to ever get implants!! Even if I had micro tits and I would be afraid of showing myself to work or going out.

Please, don't do implants. Have you even seen a girl with implants in real life? It looks hilarious. I would never agree to do it. It's like the scar, that you forced upon yourself and on top of that you had to pay for it. I'm rather a tolerant person, but whenever I see a woman with fake tits I laugh inside and I can't really help it.

Sure, if you are amateur movies star, they may suit you, but for an average girl - I don't really see it.

So, you are like building your dream body, neglecting all other things in life, but when someone tells you about implants you suddenly get mad and categorize other people?

What about if somebody has tattoos, do you treat people that have them like some laughingstock as well?

I don't want to continue this discussion as it's clearly off topic, but why do you compare tattoos to implants? Those are two entirely different things. I personally don't like tattoos, but a friend of mine loves them and she has almost her whole body tattooed - I don't see anything wrong with it, but implants? They really look stupid and funny, no offense.

See? You consider them stupid and it's your opinion - I understand, but for me it's the same with tattoos - I laugh inside whenever I see somebody who has disfigured their body with a tattoo, but I don't see nothing wrong in implants. It's all matter of our preferences, so I don't see why would you almost personally attack me because of what I like?

Sorry, you don't understand. I don't want to engage in this discussion anymore, it's your life, your breasts and your body - do what you want

Hello guys,

My name is Dina and I’m new to the forum. I have decent sized breasts but I am afraid that my weight loss journey, may make them small. I too have considered implants but I’m nit even where I’d like to be to know if I will need them. I do think if not done correctly, they can look a bit “pornographic,” but it’s a personal choice. I get what your saying cosmo when you have a opinion about something it will make you give someone the side eye. Xazzie I can also respect you wanting what YOU want and going after it. It’s tough for women. Hopefully, you’ll find a great doctor if you go that route. I might be right behind you, not sure yet.

One thing I've learned maturing into my 30's, " to each his own". You cannot change a person's thoughts, view, feelings, or actions. You can only change yourself. Everyone is free to their own opinion, doesn't mean you have to agree with it. It is simply their personal view or statement that they chose to share or express. No need or reason to let it affect your feelings or character. Being accepting of diversity is educational and so much less stressful. You can agree to disagree, you can debate the validity of your opinions, but in the end, it doesn't matter what others think, feel, or do. Whatever makes them satisfied is their choice and regardless of what it is, all of us will face the consequences of our decisions. No one needs the judgement of others, bc no one is harder or more critical of us than our own conscience. Not to mention our personal relationship with God. He knows and sees all, and we will all answer to Him on judgement day.

I have always been bigger in the chest but after my daughter they have lost their fullness and it doesn’t help that I am hitting that middle age range... so I have thought about implants to fill those puppies back up... I have found some awesome bras that make me fill like my same full size...
