I weigh 110 pounds, and I have been looking for ways to reduce this to less than 100.

So I began going to the gym, and within a week I gave up because it was so tiresome, then a friend recommended me to a health and fitness expert.

I again got into a home fitness exercise program for losing weight, for three weeks, I weighed 111 pounds.

I don't know; maybe I haven't got a proper diet that leads to weight loss, or a good fitness exercise for weight loss.

I have enough time to do any exercise even if it means walking 10 miles a day. I am also ready for any diet because I don't have an allergy to any meals.

If you have any suggestions on meals or diets that I should avoid or those I should turn to, please recommend.

For now, I am just thinking about leaving all my attempts and sitting back, going back to my normal life, eating all those sugary snacks.

Please help me out I need some changes in life and would appreciate your recommendation.

Your situation is bad... Hun. What I think, you don't have a plan to lose weight.

I have seen people with over 200 pounds lose weight and go back to normal life with a hundred or fewer pounds. First things first, make a plan of what you want.

Find a professional fitness expert and ask a weight loss program, then follow it strictly and you will see results.

If you do well, you could achieve a 95 pounds in less than three weeks. While you are on a fitness program for weight loss.

I am sure there will be recommendations for foods that you should eat and those you should avoid.

Your response MomTerry humbles me. Yes, I think I haven't dedicated myself to one single program or approach that lead to losing extra weight.

As for the gym, maybe I just gave up too early, I ought to have stayed a little longer on the system.

Otherwise, I will check on what I eat from now henceforth and also review my day to day activities. I understand eating excess food fastens metabolism and leads to weight gain instead of losing it.

I am only taking a rest, and working on a plan that will see me achieve all my weight loss goals.

When you are so good at doing certain things, you get even more efficient each day, so you will realize you burn lesser calories by sticking to and doing the same thing over and over again.

Great to know if you have been training for long distance events, but this is not what it means is necessary if you need to shift a few pounds daily.

If you are thinking about quick fat loss which eventually reduces your weight, go for activities that you are not used to and to ensure you do them recurrently.

So if you don't go for morning runs, challenge yourself and go running every morning, or maybe challenge yourself with weight training as an alternative to treadmill running.

So use the trick that, once you are good at one workout, switch to a unique one and perfect on it. Keep identifying exercises you are not used to and working them out until you achieve your desired weight.

Thanks for your answer. I am looking forward to challenging myself with great workouts.

I am thinking about taking very tough exercises without giving up until I see change. I am desperate about my weight and would do anything just to shed off weight.

When you have achieved a perfect postural base meaning you have no injuries or any weaknesses in your body, choose metabolic resistance training because it is one of the best ways to cut off extra weight.

A combination of cardio and strength training works wonders for individuals like you who want to see results in a shorter duration.

However, do not speed up things before you learn how to do them correctly - it is important to keep in your form as you change from one exercise to another before full recovery.
