Hello, I am trying yet again, with the hope of cutting weight.
I am currently 180 pounds and would do everything within my means to lose even just a pound.
My main goal is to lose whatever possible so that when I weigh myself by mid next week I can see results.
I'm setting realistic goals this time round. I have tried over and over to lose weight, but the much I have got is losing 2 pounds, but again this was 2 years back.
Ever since I have gained instead of losing weight. I am open and flexible to exercises, as well as meals.
I had made it my mission to lose weight by end of this year and if it so happens, the win is for me.
What do you think I should do within the remaining one week to help me lose weight fast and show off to my friends? Thanks.

Just like you have mentioned, maybe if you have a clear goal of what you really want to achieve, that could possibly lead you and help you focus on attaining your desired weight.
Go for daily exercises, check on your meals ensure you have a proper diet and maintain your routine for one straight week and you will definitely see results.

What you are saying is a common problem. I was diagnosed for anxiety and depression early last year.
Before this I had begun weight loss program with the aim of bringing control to myself.
The weight loss program helped me get my control back on track and I could easily handle Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for the anxiety and depression, however weight loss programs differs from one person to another.
In fact, some people will need the CBT work before going for weight loss plan.
What is clear from this is that mental health and mindset are the most important factors for effective weight loss.
