I am a mother of two and would love to cut off about 20-30lbs. I have been inspired by the many threads and forums I read on the internet.
However, what I have realized is that not only men have weight loss success stories. It is up to every person to lose weight or remain fat.
In fact, there are more than a few threads of males complaining about not losing weight.
Before, I always thought men were capable of losing weight quickly and easily than women can't, but I was wrong.
Nevertheless, I have seen quite some lucky women who achieved their weight loss goals and are now living an exemplary life to other women.
Therefore, my question or rather concern here is what strategy did you use to achieve such a significant weight loss?
Does it have anything to do with your eating habits? Have you used any herbal supplements to help with the body hormones balancing or boost the adrenal function?
How do you consume the carbohydrates? This is an open forum and any replies will be appreciated and will be helpful to potential weight loss candidates.
Well, I have an online blog, and I have seen many of the female's stories.
I have a sister who lost about 30 pounds within two months. I have also lost 12 pounds in just two weeks' time.
My colleague and friend at work have lost the same 12 pounds in just a month. So, there are many women out there who are losing pounds like crazy each day.
I have been made to understand that, the more lose the pounds, the easier it becomes to lose the pounds even without working very hard for it.
It is more important to learn to pay attention to the body and also learn how you can read the body signals.
You can lose weight by just eating primal. I challenged myself to more than just the typical workout.
I did unusual things and begun body rocking. I have seen many people who do CrossFit exercises - but for me, I cannot do that because I have some disc injuries which cannot allow me to do CrossFit workouts.
In bodyrocking you use your body weight to improve and build the muscle. I believe you know that muscles help to burn fat.
With bodyrocking, you get both cardio workouts as well as strength training at ago. Sometimes, I also do low-intensity aerobics when I want to either cool down or warm up.
For quite some time I used to do just 30 minutes, but I still got good results. I then began to feel good with the paleo and was filled with so much energy, I have since improved on my workouts, and it feels even good.
I wish you people, good luck.
Well, I have observed that there are a significant number of successful women stories on weight loss.
What I mean is that these successes have been skewed more to the men, on the other hand, the failures seem to be slanted toward the women.
I would want to know what the successful women had to do, did they have to go an extra mile to make their story a success.
What was the extra mile you went?
I am a 29-year-old mother, and I have lost 30 pounds over a period of 6 months.
For now, I am looking forward to 30 more in the next six months. I must inform women out there that it really works and you can lose weight how you want it.
I love swimming and always swim 15-20 miles per week. However, I also recommend some kind of slow and stable workouts, either as part of your daily routine or part of the workouts.
I also have to mention that the only supplement I use on a daily basis is 2 Omega fish oil tab.
