Hi! So most people want to have tighter and rounder butt. It's not my goal.
I want my bum to get bigger, something like latinas have - they have this big, but at the same time great looking bottom. I aim for something like that.
Unfortunately I was always a petite girl and I feel like genetics didn't favor me when it goes to butt size or actually the size overall. I'm small and thin.
I work out for 4 years already so obviously I managed to get bigger and more muscular, but still... I actually need to lose some weight now as I'm getting a little bit fat here and there.
What would you suggest? I'm doing a lot of squats and lunges for quite some time, but my butt is just simply not getting bigger.
Not anymore at least. I feel like I achieved the maximum size of my body overall... Do you have any suggestions on how to overcome this?
I have a feeling, that it will be very tough task. I'm sorry to say that, but if you were regularly training for 4 years you have probably pretty much exhausted your natural potential in bodybuilding.
Of course, you can still improve, but not as greatly as you would like to. It's basically what we all do here - we work out to stay in shape and also try to improve, because we love moving forward, but truth be told... those improvements aren't really substantial.
So, I'm sorry to say that, but you will most likely never have have this kind of butt.
Madam Nelline has already told you the sad truth. I'm sorry, but as you said, that you were genetically petite woman and you have greatly increased in size due to hard, regular working out for 4 years then you simply don't have genetics to have the butt you desire.
I'm an total opposite to you - I have a big ass, big legs and I was always overweight and generally bigger than my peers.
I've lost weight, but I can still see genetic predisposition to grow in size. I'm sorry, that you will most likely never experience it.
There is only one way to achieve what you want to achieve though - steroids.
You have to modify your hormones and give your body a new setting, so it can grow accordingly to your desire.
It's not my area though, so I can't help you much here.

Hello! Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do. You can get fat overall, but that's not what you aim for, right?
You can try doing some hip thrusts/glute bridges. Girls tend to focus on squats alone, while supportive exercises can yield much better results.
I'm pretty sure, you have tried most of them as you have quite a lot of experience already, so you know what's what.
I personally do circuit workout for legs only and I see great results. You can also try training, that I currently follow.
If you want, I can send you a private message with the workout and some guidelines, maybe it will be of help.
Also, you should try to eat a lot. I don't mean, that you should get fat, but you have to eat, if you want your bottom to grow.
Thanks Katyaa! I know what you mean. I try to eat a lot - I'm cutting then bulking and so on, but it doesn't really help anymore.
Other parts of my body are slowly progressing, but my butt is a nightmare - or maybe it's because I just have too high expectations for it.

Well, if this is what you really want, then you should go for steroids.
I can't think of anything else, that could help you now - you have to cheat your own genetics and this is the only thing, that will allow you to do so.
Go for steroids and stop worrying that much. If you know what you are doing, they will be fairly safe and if you really want to pursue your goal, then I don't see any other option.
Please, take into account that it's not only your butt that will be getting bigger. Work out while on steroids is a little bit different - you'll need to increase your volume.
Of course it depends on work out you are doing and what cycle you will run. I would recommend quite heavy workout for both your bottom and legs twice a week.
You must let your body know, that this is the priority. You should also bulk and don't care about weight increasement as much as due to you being on cycle, your body will absorb huge amount of water - it won't be all fat, that you gain.

Unfortunately as others have said - steroids are your best bet here. I'm not really pro-steroids use, but if that's really your goal, that you want to achieve no matter what, then you have to go for it. I admire your passion and motivation.
I don't need to have such a perfect butt or perfect figure at all - I'm satisfied with what I have and with my genetic limits, but if you really want to go further, then I understand your reasons for doing it.
Not everyone can settle for being just better than most. Some, like you - want to be better than everyone else!

I kind of despise steroid users and I consider them cheaters, but I can understand your reasons.

It was never my goal and nothing has changed now. I want to have a bigger bottom because I feel, that once I achieve it I will be able to achieve my dream body.
well, I still have a lot to do, but if steroids are going to bring me closer to my goal, then I will have to give them a go
Well, we had already separate topic about steroids use, so I will just add here, that not everything is so black and white as some think.
It's just a tool and cherryjuice more than once already gave a good advice on this matter.
If I had enough motivation to pursue goals like "dream body", then I would get on juice right away!
