So, there was already a topic in which we discussed light side vs dark side - junk food vs healthy food, but now it's time for something more specific. what do you like to consume the most? I personally love most common stuff - like pizza, burgers, everything that has tons of carbs and fat
Especially cheeseburgers - I just love them. I could buy a 20$ burger and not have any regrets. I guess it just shows how much I love them.
So, what do you love eating the most when you finally give your mind and body some rest?
In the past I usually avoided cheat meals and I focused on healthy products, but once I started to eat dirty I couldn't stop.
As for now I usually allow myself 1 or 2 cheat meals in a week and I feel so much better both physically and mentally
I rarely have any cheat meals to be honest, but when I do I'm going big
I love pizza and burgers as well, although what I really love the most is fish and chips!
It's British fast-food, but I really love it. I tend to eat other stuff like Italian pastas or some cakes and chocolate as well, but I can't compare it to fish and chips

Well, I have consumed mostly clean food as well in the past, but now I allow myself a lot more things and obviously my progress is going as good as ever.
Getting back to the topic, what I love the most are: tacos and tortilla. I also love to have a good tequila or some Mexican beer on top of that.
I actually love Mexican food overall and I don't even consider it as a junk food that much as it has pretty good nutritional values.
I also love to have some spicy pizza with habanero peppers as well from time to time. I should add that I drink diet cola pretty often as well, I don't know if it counts as a cheat meal though
I prefer it to normal one with sugar, so I tend to drink a one or two bottles per week
I love food overall, so it's hard for me to even pick my top 5, but if I have to then it would be something like: subway sandwiches, basically every pizza except the one with pineapple and Mexican food - not that I really consider it as a cheat meal
I love to drink diet drinks as well - I have loads of stuff like Fanta or Sprite in the garage and I drink them basically everyday
People may say that they are unhealthy, but a glass or two everyday won't do any harm - of course I'm talking about sugarless editions
Does really nobody love sweets here? What about chocolate or different cakes - like: poppy-seed cake, apple cake, cheese cake or candies/jelly beans?
It's the biggest sugar bomb, that you can provide for your body and obviously, even if I love them I don't really consume them too often, but when I do - then without any regrets or hesitation
Of course I like traditional cheat meals like pizza or burgers as well, but not as much as sweets
As I'm new to lifting I didn't really cheat that much compared to all of you - I just didn't have time for that yet
So I've usually limited myself to ordering pizza or burgers.
It was more than enough for me, but I love to treat myself with some sweets as well.
What about Japanese food? I absolutely love it! I don't consider it as a cheat meal though as it's really healthy.
I don't eat it too often as it's quite expensive, but it's just amazing.
Oh, of course I love sushi and Japanese food overall, but it's hard to even call it eat a cheat meal compared to full of saturated fats and unhealthy carbs cheeseburger
Whenever I have some sushi or ramen I just count it to my macros and never once I have considered it as a cheat meal
It's full of great nutritional values.
I'm on weight loss diet now, so I don't really think it's the thread, that I should be reading now as I have already started to question my very own existence and goals that I aim for

Yup, I love kebabs as well, although I rarely have them. I don't count sushi or Japanese food as junk food, but I love it as well.
From typical cheat meals I love to have some pizza, burgers and hot-dogs - so classic, but yet very tasty and refreshing
I love basically everything - waffles, Italian food - pizza, pastas, Mexican food, Chinese food and so on. I don't really cheat often, but when I do I go big and there is no stopping me.
Of course I love sweets as well - candies, jelly beans and every single cake
