Hi my name is Laura - but everyone calls me Laurie. I'm just going to dive right in( I hope you don't mind.)
I will soon be 50yrs.old (on the 23rd of February.) And to tell you the truth, I've never thought I would make it so far.
I'm a 5'3" Hispanic, I occasionally drink, I seldom workout, and I CRAVE FOOD, more times than not. And for the past 15 years I've accumulated over 60lbs, along with tons of aches and pains, and edema.
I have off and on taken care of myself such as exercise, eat healthy, along with eating smaller portions. But for the most part I caved in to my excessive cravings.
Can you PLEASE help me with learning ways of blocking my cravings, along with guidance on healthy living and eating.
These aches and pains, and swelling gotta go!
Sincerely ready for a change,
Lauire Portillo
Cut out the bread, pasta and sugar and processed prepackaged foods and eat as much lean meat, fresh vegetables and fruit as you want. When you cut the bad carbs you quit craving the bad carbs. Dying for something sweet? Fruit does the trick. Also corn tortillas are ok!!!
