....Starts with a single step!

I'm Candy, a married mother of 8 in Florida, and I need to lose 100 lbs. Honestly any loss would be great at this point. I recently lost 26 lbs, but I've gained 10 back by being lazy.

My plan is IF (intermittent fasting) (18:6) and the keto diet. I'm considering OMAD (one meal a day) as well, because it's pretty easy.

Not too certain about what my workout will be...probably just some stuff I've put on my Pinterest board since 2015 that I've never done. So sick and tired of my weight being an issue.

Hi I'm new here also. I thought about the IF but is not good for your body. You have to eat in order to lose weight you just need to learn what you can and can't eat so far I've been doing well with a high protein diet I also have two snacks throughout the day but they're not junk food snacks and you have to make sure you drink plenty of water. I have found that cardio is the easiest thing for me to do is just walking.

2 eggs, 1 tangerine a cup of coffee for breakfast, chicken breast and green beans for lunch, chicken and green salad for dinner my two snacks 1oz of cheese and an apple and1oz of nuts with a banana.

Is this the same menu everyday or do you change up and if so how do you know what to eat and how much?

I eat all day . And it's not good food at all I need to know what is good food to eat . I am 53 and eat junk food little boys that I take care of and it's hard on me I need to have a diet plan to go by
