I just put lemon juice in water. It's a good detox too.
I've lost 5lbs this week!
The only way I know is to weigh and measure everything. I know it's a drag, but I know for a fact I massively underestimate quantities if I don't.
I did think about that, but all of the ones that I've seen are linked to a clothing store and I feel like there would be a hard sell of their clothes, IYKWIM?
Could someone tell me a little more about this? I keep seeing it mentioned, but I'm not sure what it's all about.
Healthy treats for me.
Clean out your cupboards (and I mean CLEAN) of any unhealthy snacks. If you don't have them, you can't eat them. Replace them with dried fruit, raisins, chopped fresh veggies and fresh fruit.
I have this problem. I usually just join them after their meal, have one alcoholic drink and then stick to water.

Does anyone else have problems buying clothes after weight loss? I'm really aware that a lot of what I'm buying is probably more suited to someone heavier than I am now, and I kind of drown in a lot of my clothes.
I just don't know where to start.
I did them for a month (probably the same deal lol). I didn't lose any weight but I did drop a dress size, so I can testify to the benefits. Same as other people though, they're expensive to do long term.
I'm so bored of 'the X diet' stories. There's no miracle cure for losing weight, you just have to work at it.
