Hi i have read a lot of information about building muscles & to do that It’s essential to incorporate lifting weights (not necessary heavy weights) you can start out with 3pd r 5 pd dumbbells Lifting weight burns fat & builds muscle. You can go on you tube search weight lifting for women or how to build muscle. Good luck it definitely will work with consistently.
