Start with body weight exercises. You can do these at home and you don’t need equipment except for maybe a couple of chairs and a thick broom or rake handle. Examples squats, pushups, leg lifts, plank, Superman’s, pull-ups with chairs and broom handle. Google body weight exercises and you can find examples of each exercise. Hope this helps just started myself got to loose 100 lbs. and these exercises are really helping.. oh yeah don’t forget walk 30 minutes a day... good luck.
