Hello, you should look up Dr. Sebi, they will have something for your arthritis. It's called the Bio Fero Capsule. I think this would really help. Look him up, read about him and you will love it. He's a herbal doctor, all natural.

I am new to blog but I just finished dr. Kellyannes 10 day belly slim down diet and in 10 days lost 11.8 pounds and 5 inches off my belly. I still have along way to go. This diet is based on bone broth and an eating window of 7 hours.

Well I have try so many thing for belly fat,but nothing seem to be working, well I drink apple cider for cucumber half a gallon of water everyday not I eating rice and meat loyal to vegetables and fruits don't know anything that I could do to lose this belly fat I try other things and I also work out isn't working for me I don't know what else to try to do

This belly fat is very depressing, I got a lot of anxiety do to my belly fat can't get rid of I really need some good advice how to get rid of it I try my best to see not to work want to see what anybody got to say how can I lose it

The belly fat is very hard to lose. But I have been losing it slowly for seven years now most. You done want to lose it to fast because you will have a lot of loss skin.

I'm not able to exercise because I have bad knees and back problems but I found during certain exercises in bed has helped with my stomach. You can look up bed exercises and that will help. Also chair exercises they have videos for both of these free videos on YouTube.

I also use the apple cider vinegar with mother and lemon juice and honey and warm water in the morning and before I go to bed.

Stay away from sugar I also incorporate good gut food.

Probiotics and prebiotics are some of the good gut food like sauerkraut any fermented food you can look up good gut food and get a whole list I found at this is helping with my belly fat

Does the ACV have to be Organic?

I use the organic unpasturerised ACV. It must say Mothers on the bottle. I mix 2 Tbs of ACV in 6 oz. of warm water and drink it in the morning. You can add raw unpasteurized honey to sweeten it some. It balances the acids in my stomach and I no longer have acid reflux or GERD. It works wonders for me.
I also am new and have the belly fat. I've seen some great suggestions on here and plan to follow through!
