Hi,
I’m new to this site not totally sure how it works yet. Here is my issue stubborn belly fat. I can’t seem to lose it even with diet and exercise. What am I doing wrong. I believe it started when I had to have my gallbladder removed. I gained 20 lbs in one year now I cannot get rid of it. Someone else out there have an idea to share on what works for them.

I'm new I really want los belly fat
Hi I'm new here also but might be able to help. I started losing my belly fat slowly but surely it is coming off. It's really hard and we have to stop and think. We didn't get it in one day. We have to stop looking at it as a diet and look at it as a lifestyle change . Me personally trust me I don't want to do this but I have to it's the only way that we're going to get rid of our bellies . I have been walking for 30 minutes everyday. I have cut out sugar no white carbs. I eat a lot of vegetables now and protein. I drink water and when I need something with flavor I get those little Crystal Light packages they come in different flavors with no sugar they actually taste good. I also make sure before I go to bed I drink 8 oz of grapefruit juice with 1 tablespoon of ACV. I honestly didn't think that that was working at first, but everyone kept saying that I was losing so much weight and I couldn't understand why are they saying this because I didn't feel like I was so then I started taking measurements sure nuff I was losing that belly fat. But like I said people it wasn't put on in one day and it's not going to come off in one day just try to start off slow . Try to slowly removing stuff from your everyday diet. 1. stop eating processed foods no more fast food. those are the number one things that are really bad that's where I started 2. start drinking more water. The sodas are really really bad even the diet sodas they claim they don't have sugar but there are hidden sugars 3. You have to move for at least 30 minutes to get some type of exercise in ( and I hate exercising) but cardio never killed anyone and it's only 30 minutes.
Okay I've done enough rambling I hope this helps someone out there at least one person thanks for listening
thank u for ur input. I will try these things u suggested. I know what some of my problems are: I'm a couch potato. most of it is I live in pain everyday from illnesses( fibromyalgia, arthritis) r two. now the grapefruit juice. I have acid reflux. but I'm going to try it. Does the juice help with the belly reduction process? it's hard for me to walk cause I have a knee problem and I have no one to walk with. enough excuses. I need to do this. I'm 67 and I DON'T like my appearance. I've been so out of shape for too long now. I'm 50 pounds over weight. I know if I can loose 25 lbs. I will feel better so I've got to do this. let's keep in touch ok. if u don't mind I can use ur encouragement. my name is Regina.
Hey Regina nice to meet you. If you have the acid reflex I don't know about doing the ACV then. I don't want you to get sick. Just try the high protein then, chicken fish plenty of vegetables. I honestly believe the biggest part though is the diet once you started staying away from sugars and starch then it's should start working

Hi everyone, I'm new too. Arlene, what is,ACV? I agree with everything she said, cut out sugar & all processed foods. Read labels! That's really important. Lots of fruits, veggies and high quality protein. It's not a quick process and it IS a lifestyle change. I live in chronic pain from several dehabilitating diseases and I started with walking and water aerobics at my local YMCA. Can't say enough good stuff about the pool stuff. I swear by it, but its a slow process. Good luck.
