I love basically everything - waffles, Italian food - pizza, pastas, Mexican food, Chinese food and so on. I don't really cheat often, but when I do I go big and there is no stopping me.
Of course I love sweets as well - candies, jelly beans and every single cake
Well, two months ago my boyfriend has finally hit 500 pounds in deadlift and he had trouble with last part as well, so I asked him for advice. He did a lot of deficit deadlifts and even a bit on power rack.
He told me that after 3 months of those, he didn't have any problems with straightening up in last phase of deadlift anymore.
Don't forget to do squats though as you may have problem with detaching barbell from the ground later
I have never really divided food to: bad or good. As others I'm eating mostly healthy, but I don't have any regrets if I eat a burger or grab a beer with friends.
I try to eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, eggs, meat, cottage cheese, rye bread, rice and so on. I feel really good, when I'm eating this way and it makes me happy
Hating your diet is one of the worst things, that you can do in this sport. It additionally makes you hate life as well and this is one thing, that I can't allow to happen
I also don't see anything wrong with using steroids even though I don't know any woman that has actually used them. I know it is popular in all those competitions and just like you I was considering getting ON as well. I think it may be fun experience and life is all about trying new different things. I can get a better body this way and I can feel stronger and better from what I've read. Of course just like cherryjuice said a lot depends on dosage and knowledge about them, but I don't rule this possibility in the future.
