I can imagine what you are going through MissAnne. It happened to my mum some years back, but that was because she fell sick and was confined to the bed for nearly a month. However, she regained her health back after approximately two months. Following a diet and taking prescribed drugs, she gained 39 pounds. She improved each day and recovered impressively.
I think you should stick to the doctor's prescription and check on your meals. That will help you.
I am so grateful for such honest opinions and advises. I am glad you are open with me and speak to me honestly from your hearts.
Now, I am thinking about speaking to my husband about this issue, you have opened my eyes.
I must say your response puts me to a challenge. Now, I have to choose between what I want and what my husband wants.
I think I just need a little more time to think about myself and make a sound decision. I must admit I thought so fast without reflecting on my personal feeling.
Thanks for your reply.
I have a problem. More than a few occasions my hubby has told me to check on my weight claiming I am too fat.
Honestly, I have gained a lot of weight lately and every time he sends our younger daughter to tell me to put on leggings.
Although he is correct, what worries me is that, I have secretly tried some meals to help me reduce my weight but, it is not working.
I look guilty whenever my husband looks at me in the house or even in a crowd it is because I am fat. But again, I am afraid of losing him because we got married when I was fat.
I have only gained only in the past few months. The question I am still asking myself even as I look for solution to my body weight is, will I still be his favorite woman when I lose weight and transform to a completely different body? Please advise.
