I rarely have any cheat meals to be honest, but when I do I'm going big I love pizza and burgers as well, although what I really love the most is fish and chips!

It's British fast-food, but I really love it. I tend to eat other stuff like Italian pastas or some cakes and chocolate as well, but I can't compare it to fish and chips

Has anyone tried it?

So I read some research recently, which stated that cortisol effects us negatively in terms of bodybuilding.

What do you think about it? I learned that, cortisol is produced by adrenaline glands and it also helps our bodies to use sugar and fight stress.

So, those are rather positive things Unfortunately, I have also read that it may cause negative effects when we are under a lot of stress.

Studies say, that due to cortisol changes caused by a lot of stress it's harder to lose fat from your belly.

In most cases stress is a mental issue due to pressure applied on us by environment, but also very often it may be an result of a bad diet or simply overtraining.

So, what do you think? Does cortisol really can impact us that negatively and is it much harder to get into a decent shape when we are under a lot of pressure?

Whatever works for you PeanutSS! I basically stick to counting my macros only.

I don't really care if the food is processed or not, life is too short to worry about such things. Of course I try to eat as much of relevant food as I can, like: meat, eggs, cottage cheese or even olive oil.

It's my main source for proteins and fat, but I eat fair amount of junk food as well and I count it to my overall daily calories distribution.

I just try to not to do it everyday

So far, it works for me!
