The belly fat is very hard to lose. But I have been losing it slowly for seven years now most. You done want to lose it to fast because you will have a lot of loss skin.
I'm not able to exercise because I have bad knees and back problems but I found during certain exercises in bed has helped with my stomach. You can look up bed exercises and that will help. Also chair exercises they have videos for both of these free videos on YouTube.
I also use the apple cider vinegar with mother and lemon juice and honey and warm water in the morning and before I go to bed.
Stay away from sugar I also incorporate good gut food.
Probiotics and prebiotics are some of the good gut food like sauerkraut any fermented food you can look up good gut food and get a whole list I found at this is helping with my belly fat
