Sure, if everyone goes at their own pace I don't suppose that there's any harm in it.
I'm not sure about these tbh. I feel like there's a 30 day challenge popping up every other day at the minute, and nobody ever seems to do it to the end. Probably because it's really hard - I can tell you right now that I couldn't squat against a wall for 5 minnutes.
Honestly, Jen - just grab a few 'cooking for beginners' cook books and go for it. As an added bonus, my grocery bills have gone right down because I'm not paying for convienience food anymore. It's great.
Learn to cook. Seriously, processed food like ready meals are loaded with calories and sugar and have really poor nutritional content.
That's incredible then. Jeez, might have to have a go myself lol
Hmmm. I have a really hard time believing this Jenna. Are you SURE she's not doing other things? Exercise classes or something? Surely if just standing on a plate meant that you could lose that much weight nobody would ever have a gastric band ever again?
It makes sense to me. I agree that you won't get the definition without a lot of exercise, but it all boils down to eating less processed food, and I think we can all agree that's not a bad idea.
