Hi all. Thought it would be good to start a thread so everyone can share their tips and tricks, what's worked for them and what hasn't.
I'll start with KNOCK OFF THE FIZZY, SUGARY DRINKS! I know that helped me lots, and it's something that I've heard from lots of other people too.
NGL, I'm thinking of mortgaging the house if they're as effective as people are saying haha!
I'm crying here, just looked it up and I totally get what Jen is saying. There's guys who have obviously been working out for a LONG time trying to say that they got like that through diet alone. This seems like more of a guy thing than a girl thing, IYKWIM.
