I went for my first proper run today. :) I've been so overweight for so long that running really hurt my knees. Wasn't far, but felt really good to be able to do it!

Oh, wow...I feel you. This was a HUGE problem for me.
I've tried everything to stop myself doing it, and crazy though this might sound, I finally found that colouring in books did it! I think that it's just the distraction - if I pick up a book and start colouring, within a couple of minutes I've forgotten that I'm 'hungry'.
Good idea Jenna. That way I get to keep my social life, save some cash and don't have to spend the whole of Sunday in the gym lol
Ugh. I'm starting to hate the weekend. :(
I can be really good during the week (I meal prep, take healthy snacks to work and always have a light healthy meal in the evening), but weekends are KILLING me.
My friends all like to eat out, and go for drinks. I'm sick of eating restaurant salads and don't get me started on alcohol.
I feel like such a party pooper, but I'm going to have to start saying 'no'. Maybe just go once a month.
They aren't very good either, IMO. One of the girls I worked with went to one, and uh...$100 burlap sack. Not cute.
Never more than 1500 calories and LOTS of fruit and veggies.
