I'm Candy, a married mother of 8 in Florida, and I need to lose 100 lbs. Honestly any loss would be great at this point. I recently lost 26 lbs, but I've gained 10 back by being lazy.
My plan is IF (intermittent fasting) (18:6) and the keto diet. I'm considering OMAD (one meal a day) as well, because it's pretty easy.
Not too certain about what my workout will be...probably just some stuff I've put on my Pinterest board since 2015 that I've never done. So sick and tired of my weight being an issue.
Hey Hammy, if you're still around, I'd like to join you in losing 40 lbs. I want to lose 100 overall, but 40 would be a great start!
