I love seeing more veins on my body as well! It's an amazing feeling and I agree, that it's not always connected with losing weight, although whenever I lost a lot of fat I have noticed more of them. It's actually, why I love getting down to such a low body fat percentage - discovering new veins is always very exciting
That's why I also don't really bulk that much and I try to keep my body relatively lean for most of the time.
Well, you are free to try anything to be honest, especially as you don't have any particular goals in mind. I would personally advise you to run FBW for a few more months, before you switch to something else.
There are loads of different FBWs around. Have you tried A/B FBW? You have two kind of workouts here - A and B. They both differ from each other, you have entirely different exercises in both workout A and B.
In your first week, you do workout A at Monday, workout B at Wednesday and then again workout A at Friday. In second week you do it in the same way, but you start from workout B at Monday, so B -> A -> B.
It's pretty entertaining and as you have some experience already it should also give your muscles a bigger impulse to grow than your current plan.
Typical FBW in which you are required to repeat same exercises every week are pretty easy for your body to adapt to.
Well, if you ask me it's load of cr**. Cortisol levels depend on really many different factors and if it really has a connection with our inability to lose belly fat, then it's probably the result of many other elements in combination with cortisol.
To be honest I cannot even imagine amount of stress I would have to be under in order to get my weight loss slowed down.
Well, point is we should all define for ourselves, which products are really clean or dirty.
For example there is nothing wrong with pizzas, ice creams, crisps and burgers, if you ask me
Hi!
So I recently started to strengthen my hamstrings as I was always quad dominant and never realized the importance of hamstring in so many different exercises. So, what are your favorite exercises? I personally love Good Morning and Lying Leg Curl.
Well played, girl! I'm always cheering for motivated people, that don't give up easily. Good job, you made me hit the gym with a smile today
Okay, Strawberry I can understand your motives - but is it really worth to risk your health for a sake of slightly better body? Because as far as I'm concerned you won't improve your looks that much and not many of us here don't really care about strength that much...
No! Don't do steroids. I've read quite a lot about them and I would advise against them even if you were a man, but even more so that you are a women you shouldn't take them. They can lead to voice changes, clitoris enlargement and other things - I just think it's stupid and I consider every steroids user a cheater.
Wow. I never had enough motivation to work as hard as you, but I'm going somewhere... in my own pace! Do you think most women can be as strong as you are or you are just genetically strong?
